iii. Technical Information. This type of data carries broad parameters, however we will endeavor to provide to you a clear understanding of what this means. When you visit the Website, information about your device, the device’s operating system, time zone, website browser, and other website traffic information will be recorded. In addition, information about which products and services you access and the time spent on each page of the Website will also be recorded. Information about the types of advertisements listed on the Website that you have clicked on may also be recorded.
iv. Contact Forms, Message Us Buttons on the Website, Survey Data. This is the type of information collected by us that is accessed and transmitted through contact forms that are filled out on the Website. This would include: Candidate Application Form, Employer Application Form, and other forms on the Website that may be available in the future. For example, an IT company may be contracted by the Company to host our client’s data or provide data security services. Additionally, some financial enterprises may be engaged by the Company to discharge responsibilities for us such as accounting. Consequently, limited pieces of your company’s data may be shared with vendors where it is absolutely necessary for the Company to carry out its responsibilities.

7. Do we transfer your information outside the country?

The Company guarantees that clients and customers have the right to request the deletion of information about them that is unnecessary for the Company to faithfully carry out its legal responsibilities. For example, it may be required by the Company to maintain a record of receipt of payment by a customer for up to seven years in compliance with the Canada Revenue Agency stipulations.
iv. The Company guarantees that you have the right to restrict the access of your information within our ecosystem that enables us to provide you with our services. However, it may be noted that this request, in some circumstances, may prevent the Company from discharging its responsibilities to you in as efficient or effective manner as we endeavor to deliver any of our services in.
